I was hired by Yahoo! to develop proof of concepts for new captcha puzzles for enhanced security. I ended up stepping in for the outgoing senior developer to take the team to completely re-optimizing the system; modularizing plugin based installation of a variety of new options, and dramatically increasing flexibility for easy future expansion.
